Wahsahpeh Beauty is an Indigenous woman-owned natural beauty brand based in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The name WahSahPeh โ or ๐ท๐๐ฎ๐๐ฌ๐ โ means โblack bearโ in Osage, symbolizing strength and natural beauty, a reflection of the values embraced by our owner and founder.
Our mission is to create safe, effective cosmetics suitable for all ages and skin types. Rooted in Native culture and guided by traditional principles, Wahsahpeh Beauty formulates its products with minimal, natural, high-quality ingredients. We aim to offer a clean, enjoyable alternative to conventional beauty products, combining cultural integrity with modern standards of safety and care.
Our Founder
Jasmine Bear (Osage, Creek, Cherokee, Choctaw, & Seminole) launched Wahsahpeh Beauty in 2022. She strives to bring her culture, creativity, and community values into every aspect of her business.
Beyond entrepreneurship, Jasmine is a dedicated mother and foster parent who provides care and support for Native American children. She is deeply committed to giving back and advocating for the well-being of her Indigenous community. Through Wahsahpeh Beauty, Jasmine continues to inspire others to embrace their roots, lead with compassion, and celebrate the power of authenticity.
